Research firm Quocirca has named Xerox as the leading brand in the managed print services (MPS) market for the ninth consecutive year, citing its continued expansion and updates to its solution and service delivery.
“Xerox’s consistency of leadership in this space has once again landed them on top,” said Louella Fernandes, associate director at Quocirca. “Xerox’s track record in multi-vendor support, global delivery, comprehensive analytics and reporting paired with the now proven strength of ConnectKey technology, solidifies the company’s continued strength in the MPS market.”
The report noted Xerox’s uncertain future as a single entity, considering the plans of Fuji-Xerox merger, but “for now it remains in a strong position in the MPS market”.
Quocirca also recognised HP Inc. for its extensive hardware portfolio and advanced security service offerings, and Ricoh for gaining stronger traction in Europe over the past year. Ricoh, the report noted, also “has perhaps the broadest range of non-print-centric services, with its IT services capabilities”.
